“He who sees Me everywhere and sees everything in Me, he never becomes separated from Me, nor do I become separated from him.”
Bhagavad Gita VI, 30Saints teach that it is necessary for us to be able to see and love God in all His creatures to be close to Him. For those who are not able to see the necessities of the beings that surround them and for those whose hearts are not opened to compassion and mercy, the Path to Heaven is very far away. That is why, since time immemorial, authentic spiritual teachings have been closely linked with an effort to mitigate pain in human beings. For such reason, monasteries, Ashrams, Temples, hermitages and places of prayer in all ages and cultures have been always accompanied by centres where help is given to those in need of it.
By the Grace of God, Our Lord, Hastinapura - School of Mystical Philosophy and Devotion - follows the Sacred Footsteps of those Saintly Souls who, by submerging their hearts in God, forgot themselves in longing for the well-being of others.
This is why all our Schools must be a place where Divine Wisdom is offered, and also Centres where the Sacred Art of Curing is taught.
Many kinds of medicine based on different principles and philosophies exist, and they are all valid ways of curing; however, the medicine taught in our Schools cannot be any kind of medicine. It must be that, in which the Presence of God Creator can be found most intensely, since in Hastinapura everything that is taught must revolve around God.
This is the reason why the Doctors who teach in our Schools must teach a medicine close to the Heart of God, which is the Medicine of Medicinal Plants. Really, Medicinal Plants are themselves Doctors waiting to be called on to carry out their duty when needed. Making this “call” is what a true Doctor must know how to do. The task of the Doctor who cures with Medicinal Plants is to discover their properties and apply them adequately, and in this manner the plants also fulfil their sacred mission.
In this way, the Teaching of Medicine shall be a Song to the Love of God for all His creatures. Much is the good we can make in this way; much is the suffering we can help mitigate, and many are also the souls that we can bring closer to God.
